《吐槽大会》是一档由腾讯视频、上海笑果文化传媒有限公司联合出品的网络喜剧脱口秀节目。该节目秉承着“吐槽是门手艺，笑对需要勇气”的宗旨，敢于用恶毒、犀利的言语大戳明星们的软肋。每期节目会请来一位自带热点话题的明星，另有明星的圈中好友和圈中人士充任吐槽担当。你方唱罢我登场，或嬉戏，或笑骂，深挖黑历史，扒皮不留情。被吐槽者除了苦笑应之，还必须在节目结束后评选出本期的“吐槽王（TalkKing）”。自开播以来，周杰、雪姨、李湘、曹云金、唐国强、王祖蓝、凤凰传奇等明星已相继登上这个舞台，留给观众无数经典与槽点。而因为吐槽过猛被强制下架也成为喧嚣一时的话题。
